Experiencing problems logging in?
The other main cause is that you are attempting to login with a user id or password obtained from a friend or a password site. Our system automatically detects logins being used by more than one person and deletes them. If you give your login details out your access will be terminated. If you joined via ccbill, click here if you signed up by online check billing, or click here if you joined by credit card.
If the above has not helped you, e.g. didn't solve the problem or you did not signup via CCBill, then please email us with the following: Username and Password you selected, or were given, on signup, your full name, valid email address, date joined and the billing company you signed up with. Do not email us your card number. If this is needed to trace you, the billing company will contact you directly.

The most common reason for not being able to login is because you are entering your login details incorrectly. Remember the system is case sensitive and your details must be entered exactly as you entered them on signup (for CCBill customers) or exactly as they were provided (for Verotel/Transecom customers). You should refer back to your confirmation email for your user id and password.
